Job Description

Job Summary:
The HR & Admin professional is responsible for managing HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance) and overseeing general administrative tasks (office management, vendor coordination, facilities). This role ensures smooth HR operations and efficient office administration while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR): * Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Process payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Administer employee benefits (insurance, PF, gratuity).
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Organize engagement activities (team-building, events).
  • Performance management support (appraisals, feedback).
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (statutory filings, audits).
  • Update HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate sessions.
  • Support career development initiatives.
