We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced
HR Coordinator with PRO experience
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and coordinating visa.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and employee file management.
Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID processing, and labor/immigration-related documentation.
Coordinate with PROs and government portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA, and DHA.
Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate follow-up.
Support payroll input, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal HR policies.
Provide general support to the HR department and assist with employee queries.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR Coordinator role with direct PRO responsibilities in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa procedures, and government portals.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
