We are seeking a disciplined HR Coordinator with ERP experience to support HR operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee data in ERP systems.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
Support HR reporting and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related queries.
Ensure documentation and records are accurate and organized.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience in HR coordination or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR ERP systems.
Disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
