We are looking for a disciplined HR Coordinator with ERP experience to assist HR operations efficiently in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee data in ERP systems. Support HR reporting and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related queries. Ensure documentation and records are accurate and organized.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience in HR coordination or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR ERP systems. Disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
