The Role

Your responsibilities will include supporting our employees\xe2\x80\x99 needs, maintaining employee records, assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, driving HR efficiencies and enhancing our talent pipeline. We\'re looking for someone with a good understanding of HR and general administrative tasks who can work independently and efficiently, using HR software and tools. Your contribution to our HR department\'s goals and our organization\'s success will be invaluable. Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and provide assistance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct HR calls and correspondence to the appropriate team members. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain personnel records, ensuring compliance with all employment requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other departments (payroll, benefits, etc.). \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, and issuing employment contracts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support performance management procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events while managing the team\'s agenda. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate training sessions and seminars. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with onboarding and updating records for new hires. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and submit reports on HR activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects, such as gathering employee feedback. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support in other assigned functions.

Requirements
Role Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 A university degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, with additional education in Human Resource Management considered a bonus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in an HR coordinator or related administrative role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work with ATS software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with sourcing tools like resume databases and online communities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic understanding of social media recruiting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to handle data with utmost confidentiality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organizational and time management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work in Al Ain, UAE from Mondays \xe2\x80\x93 Fridays on a regular work shift.
