The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, ensure smooth documentation processes, and handle all government-related tasks efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Coordination
Assist in the recruitment cycle including posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Manage employee attendance, leaves, probation evaluations, and internal HR forms.
Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, employment contracts, etc.).
Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with payroll support by providing attendance summaries and HR-related updates.
Public Relations Officer (PRO) Duties
Handle all government transactions and processes (MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Emirates ID, Medical, E-Channel, JAFZA/DDA/DED etc.).
Manage visa processing, renewals, cancellations, labor cards, and work permits.
Ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to UAE regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate logs of visa statuses, license renewals, and company compliance deadlines.
Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies for approvals and documentation.
Support company licensing, establishment card renewals, and portal updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR & PRO roles within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government portals.
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and HR administrative tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Freezone authorities such as JAFZA, DMCC, DAFZA, etc.
Familiarity with WPS, payroll process, and HR systems.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
