Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR and administrative support to employees and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries or requests, including coordination with the UAE Office.
  • Coordinate HR activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Distribute guidelines and necessary documents about company policies and procedures to all departments and outlets.
  • Manage the documentation and filing of records and documents in the employee\xe2\x80\x99s files on a daily basis.
  • Prepare standard letters and certificates as per employees\xe2\x80\x99 request.
  • Coordinate with concerned authorities regarding Omanisation.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Manage the new employee onboarding process, including orientations and updating staff files.
  • Assist with monthly payroll.
  • Assist employees with concerns and inquiries on a daily basis, and facilitate communication and coordination with other departments or relevant personnel as necessary to ensure appropriate and timely resolution.
  • Listen to and manage grievances of employees, and implement appropriate disciplinary procedures.
  • Interpret and communicate employment legislation to employees in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all employees understand the legal requirements.
  • Manage the staff healthcare system.
  • Ensure employees are accommodated according to company policy on a daily basis.
  • Manage the employee offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating with relevant departments, if necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Administration department to facilitate the booking of tickets and the application for visas and ensure that necessary accommodation and transportation arrangements are made available for the staff.
  • Manage other HR duties on a day-to-day basis as required by the HR department
  • Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity on a monthly basis.
