Enrollme HR Consultancy FZE is hiring an Omani National (as part of Omanisation drive) for an available Assistant HR Manager role with our well reputed MNC manufacturing client located in Sohar, Oman.

Qualification : Bachelors/ masters degree in HRM (all other qualifications-kindly excuse)!
Experience (Mandatory):

Qualification : Bachelors/ masters degree in HRM (all other qualifications-kindly excuse)!
Experience (Mandatory):
- Minimum 3-4 years of progressive experience in HR functions in similar capacity (assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 HR) in Oman.
- Excellent English Command , plus Worked on different HRMS, payroll and HR software, MS office etc
- Key Performance Areas (not limited to): Recruitment & Selection; Compensation & Rewards; Training and Development; Performance Management; Administrative functions; HR policies; HR Strategy; Internal/external HR audits; Handbook preparation, etc
- Excellent working knowledge in Oman labor law.
- Detailed JD can be shared with the shortlisted candidates!
- Should be able to work in a fast paced work environment with multicultural co-workers!
- Salary will be discussed with the right fit/ best in the industry.
