We are looking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator based in our Dubai office to support our Talent Management team.
Your responsibilities:
Onboarding
Coordinate the new joiners\' induction week.
Support continuously new joiners post-onboarding in admin activities
Training
Provide training administration support.
Coordinate with Training Taskforce on onboarding training changes and improvement.
Assist in reporting on training needs and progress to inform management decisions.
Talent Management
Track probation periods for all new hires.
Maintain mentor-mentee master sheet.
Maintain accurate company\'s Talent Management/Performance review HR systems.
Provide Talent Management administration support.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of HR/Learning & Development/Administrative experience preferably in the Middle East
Excellent communication and written skills in English
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability
Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level
Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiatives.
