Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy Coordinate training and development programs Support employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution Conduct HR-related orientations and meetings Assist in the administration of benefits and leave programs Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures Assist in HR reporting and analytics
Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR support role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
