Job Description

Job Role: To support HR & Administration functions of the company in providing services to various department within the organisations. Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
  • Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
  • Tracking and updating employee attendance and time-off requests
  • Assisting with the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating employee training and development programs
  • Providing support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
  • Assisting with the coordination of employee benefits
  • Conducting exit interviews and offboarding procedures for departing employees.
  • Assisting with the coordination of employee relations initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assisting with the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Assisting with the coordination of HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews for job candidates as and when required
  • Liaise all transactions with PRO for visa, labour card applications etc for external company/s.
  • Prepare HR letters
  • Arranging and booking travel and accommodation and maintain records.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and databases.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Agility to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
  • HR and Admin role: 3 years (Preferred)
