Job Role: To support HR & Administration functions of the company in providing services to various department within the organisations.Responsibilities:
Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
Tracking and updating employee attendance and time-off requests
Assisting with the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
Coordinating employee training and development programs
Providing support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
Assisting with the coordination of employee benefits
Conducting exit interviews and offboarding procedures for departing employees.
Assisting with the coordination of employee relations initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assisting with the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
Assisting with the coordination of HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews for job candidates as and when required
Liaise all transactions with PRO for visa, labour card applications etc for external company/s.
Prepare HR letters
Arranging and booking travel and accommodation and maintain records.
Qualifications and Skills
A bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and databases.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Agility to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
HR and Admin role: 3 years (Preferred)
