The purpose of the role is to: Activate and execute all Saudi\xe2\x80\x99s Back Office and Local business service delivery agenda for Employee Services, TA, TM, TR, Learning, Facilities, ER and Temp. Labour services in his/her designated locations. Responsibilities
Ensure a consistent service delivery of HR Ops back office and Local business services to all concerned parties
Work along with local HR and COEs in supporting the employee life cycle in his/her designated activities in
addition to ensuring adherence to the company\'s policies and procedures, labour law and position management principles, maintaining proper workflows & SLAs with other HR work streams to ensure a smooth delivery.
Execute the activities in the following verticals in His/her designated areas including:
Employee Services 1. Centralized E-filing Administration and Routing P-file documents from locations 2. Employee documents authentication and distribution (contracts, pay slips. Etc.) 3. Onboard the new hires on HR systems L5- (L01 to L05) 4. Availing Vacation Benefit 5. Health certification administration 6. Administering disciplinary letters 7. Employee exit management and clearance procedures 8. Medical, Life Insurance, GOSI deletion of Enrolment 9. GOSI \xe2\x80\x93 Injury reporting Talent Acquisition 1. Manage fairs / Local Institutions hiring 2. Coordinate Preboarding & Onboarding support for locations (including offer letter, contract prep, Pre joining medical check, etc.) 3. Medical, Life Insurance, GOSI new hire Enrolment 4. Support TA admin in L3- hiring process Total Reward 5. Payroll related inputs (T&A, Leaves, HR related one time payments, etc.) 6. All Benefits Enrolment 7. Benefits Tier 1 Query handling 8. Spot Award & other R&R 9. Prepare clearance form for salesman vacation & submit to GR OD and TM Support 1. PMP on ground activation for F, G 2. Yhala/Front Liners Training roll outs 3. Learning logistics support 4. People process & COC roll outs 5. Conducting in-touch sessions 6. Audit/Visit support
HR Ops and Service delivery 1. myHR changes including individual, Mass upload & LHRM changes in addition to MSS/ESS completion of transactions. 2. Work as an integral part in the BU HR Ops team projects deliverables. 3. Act as a focal point for the accounts HR operations deliverables. 4. Manage all the requested reporting repository for the accounts deliverables. 5. Processes enhancement and identifying digital opportunities. 6. Accountable for handling all accounts queries through the agreed SLAs and identified channels . Qualifications
0- 3 years of general professional experience in HR preferable in HR ops.
Good customer interface and focusing on employee experience excellence.
Time management \xe2\x80\x93 ability to focus and get things done and know what is business critical; able to deal with
conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of HR Tools and Interfaces.
