We are looking for a people-focused administrator/coordinator to join our amazing HR team. Based in our Head Office, Dubai, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for employee annual, biannual and exit flight bookings and reimbursements, business travel, accommodation arrangements and transportation, if required.
Maintaining both digital and hard copies of employee records and transactions.
Assist with attendance, payroll reports, leave settlements, deductions and communication with line managers.
Administers medial insurance plan, including enrollments, changes and terminations and ensures accurate record-keeping.
External communication with travel agencies for LPOs, monthly settlements.
Provide employee requests for salary certificates, employment certificates, NOC, Salary Transfer Letter, etc.
Ensuring vendor relationships (e.g., third party travel agencies)
Responsible for completing employee documents for payroll bank account opening and coordinate with bank representatives for the issuance.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for fluent Arabic (read, write & speak) as well as strong English communication skills.
You will be an expert in Excel and have strong organizational skills, comfortable handling multiple projects and tasks at once.
