Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest and employee interactions in a polite, courteous, and professional manner
  • Assist all employees promptly and maintain a positive internal service culture
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and employee information
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and work permit requirements for expatriate staff
  • Manage job application correspondence, documentation, and filing
  • Coordinate annual performance evaluations for all staff levels
  • Handle insurance administration and report irregularities
  • Keep personnel informed about important updates, changes, and departmental matters
  • Ensure hotel licenses are updated for uninterrupted operations
  • Maintain and update job descriptions in coordination with department supervisors
  • Manage personnel files including hiring, transfers, promotions, resignations, and changes
  • Maintain operational rules and procedures, updating them as needed
  • Support recruitment efforts in coordination with department heads
  • Monitor employee morale and discuss improvements with managers
  • Ensure adherence to salary and remuneration guidelines
  • Review competitor benefit and remuneration practices annually
  • Provide guidance and counseling to employees on personal and professional matters
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify resignation patterns
  • Share important internal information to prevent rumors and miscommunication
  • Organize staff social and leisure activities with department heads
  • Supervise staff accommodation maintenance and conduct regular inspections
  • Coordinate with finance on payroll and HR-related matters
  • Prepare monthly HR reports as required
  • Maintain and monitor staff vacation and public holiday balances
  • Ensure compliance with fire, safety, and emergency procedures
  • Attend required training sessions
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and airport pickups for new and departing employees
  • Arrange staff ID cards, name tags, and ensure HRMS data accuracy
  • Manage departmental time sheets and internal communication
  • Support recruitment, employee relations, PRO, and visa teams with administrative tasks
  • Attend meetings, draft minutes, and distribute them
  • Serve as Duty Manager as scheduled
  • Perform duties assigned by the Director of HR
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, confidentiality, and employee support
  • Good communication, organization, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
