Job Title: HR Coordinator (Emirati Graduate) Job Summary: We are seeking Emirati graduates to join our prestigious clients team as an HR Coordinator in the oil and gas industry based in Abu Dhabi. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting various human resources functions and initiatives to ensure the effective management of our workforce. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their career in HR and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Support in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness. Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Support HR reporting and analytics efforts by compiling and analyzing HR data to generate insights and trends for management decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HR colleagues to ensure smooth HR operations and delivery of HR services. Requirements: Emirati nationality with recent graduation. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in the UAE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
