EIRLABUDAB01 - HR COORDINATOR At Eni, we are looking for an HR Coordinator within Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. in Abu Dhabi, Capital of the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for ensuring that all housing and office services are carried out in full compliance and best HSE practices. Demonstrating a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment through: Adherence to Eni Abu Dhabi HSE Policy and procedures and adherence to HSE guidelines.

As a member of the human resources team at Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. you will be responsible for: Supporting personnel administration in compliance with eni policies & procedure. Coordinating the staffing, recruitment, and mobilization activities, liaising between the company's departments, the HR function, HQ, and internal and external manpower providers. Supporting the HR in ensuring compliance with local regulations in matters of taxation, labour laws, etc. Ensuring correct Payroll administration for personnel based in eni Abu Dhabi for expatriates & Home nationals. Managing & coordinating with payroll and tax consultant Ensuring to provide correct salary cost recovery report to Management Maintaining the integrated Personnel Management and Recruiting systems (HR Evolution) Preparing the various HR reports requested by HQ & internal unit, Preparing the leave balance Managing the timesheets in line with timesheet procedure Ensuring adherence for self and all reports to HSE guidelines and policies and procedures Ensuring awareness of company emergency response procedure Ensuring adequate training for all staff to be able to perform their jobs in a safe manner. Identification of HSE hazards in the workplace. Reporting of HSE Accident/Incidents/Near Miss.
