HR Compensation Executive
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage monthly payroll processing and WPS compliance
- Calculate overtime, incentives, and commissions accurately
- Handle Full & Final settlements in accordance with UAE Labour Law
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years of UAE payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
