Job Description

Overview

Manage payroll processing and handle tasks related to collective labor agreements. Perform analytical work related to salaries, payroll data, and internal reports. Participate in human resources-related projects and ongoing initiatives. Work with salary structures and ensure accurate implementation of pay schedules. Support the development and improvement of employee and management handbooks. Provide administrative support, system management, and training for electronic HR and payroll systems. Assist with additional payroll, HR, and operational projects as required.





Job Requirements







University degree relevant to payroll, HR, finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and good overall computer skills. Ability to work effectively in a team while also handling tasks independently. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve daily discrepancies. Professional attitude with clear and effective communication skills.
