Ensures Plants within the country are in compliance with the rules and regulations related to Audit requirements.

Bachelor\'s degree in related field & 5+ years of experience directly related to HR & Administration
Sound understanding of UAE Labour Law, employment practices, policies and procedures
Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate with different nationalities
Fluent English Language and Arabic is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills
Must have diverse experience with blue and white collar workers.
