Synopsis
The purpose of the HR Business Partnership role is to act as a change agent in regard to People and culture through delivery of tailored HR strategies across assigned Area that is aligned to the overall talent strategy across the organisation. The HRBP will collaborate with senior leaders and teams across the HR function to bring critical insight on talent strategy challenges within assigned area with a focus on organizational design and culture, leadership development, workforce planning and talent management.
The primary focus of the role is to translate business strategies and challenges into people strategies and plans to create a high performing culture through tailored HR Programmes
Key focus areas are the engagement of people, identification, and engagement of talent, and providing HR consultancy to the business while promoting HR policy to ensure fairness and equity. The role will also be involved in delivery of HR strategies within an assigned area, and providing an HR consultancy/generalist support to the business area.
