Our client is a well-established financial services organization and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a UAE experienced HR Business Partner to join their UAE operations.
The role is responsible for all aspects of Human resources from recruitment, onboarding, , employee relations, leave and absence management, visa administration and processing and staff accommodation.
Candidates must have 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 HR transformation experience with deep expertise in HR employee relations, recruitment and UAE Labor Law.
Role Summary
Talent acquisition \xe2\x80\x93 hire and onboard candidates; process offer letters and manage all aspects of employee employment visas and UAE Government requirements working closely with the PRO.
Develop and retain talent \xe2\x80\x93 coaching, performance management, career development and succession planning.
Salary benchmarking \xe2\x80\x93 job and competencies design, grading and alignment of salaries to meet market conditions.
Develop employee engagement, recognition, reward and retention programs.
Drive culture change through business leaders.
HR data and metrics \xe2\x80\x93 analyze employee data to identify and mitigate workforce risks.
Employee relations - provide advice and resolve employee disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and employment related matters in accordance with company policies and procedures, UAE Labor Law and best practice.
Performance management - manage the probation and annual performance review process.
Manage employee onboarding, orientation and off boarding through to final settlement.
Develop HR policies and processes.
Manage health insurance for all employees.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Human Resources generalist; minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a UAE HR generalist with deep working knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Experience of working in a UAE financial services organization is an advantage.
Strong UAE recruitment, employee relations, payroll and performance management experience.
Sound understanding of HR policies and systems to drive employee engagement and business results.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to work in Sharjah.
Fluent in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Capable of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of employee information including salaries and benefits.
Smart appearance, excellent communication skills with competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
