Coordinate with universities and BU for internship opportunities
Screening & shortlisting CVs. Reviewing the job specifications and filtering profiles based on the key requirements. Drawing up a shortlist of candidates
Support with Screening Emiratis CV and profiles for Business Units.
Participate and support in career fairs, open days and all Emiratization events
Supporting assessment centres.
Providing recruitment reports as required.

Learning and Development
Participate in Kafaat HR training program
Udemy licenses usage follow up including Emiratis in all Business Units
Talent (Personal Development Plans follow ups).
Regularly monitor and report on the progress of Emirati Development Program
Support with coordinating the training sessions, (booking hotels, confirming attendees, preparing training materials and certificates)
Task related to GPSS (Pension for Emiratis)
Managing the pension system (registration, linking, end of services)
Manage pension remittance to GPSSA.
Others
Gather feedback from Emirati employees regarding their experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
Collating annual salary data reports from organizations such as Hays/ Mercer/ Michael page etc.
