Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our People Operations and administrative functions at Mnzil. The role will play a key part in managing employee affairs, recruitment support, visa processes, and daily HR operations for our Dubai branch, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a smooth employee experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (UAE experience is a plus).
Familiarity with UAE labor law, visa processes, and HR best practices is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
Manage all employee-related affairs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Support recruitment activities, including coordination of hiring processes and candidate documentation.
Handle visa issuance, renewal, and related government processes in coordination with PROs and relevant authorities.
Coordinate health insurance enrollment, updates, and related employee matters.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, checklists, and employee records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and files.
Prepare HR letters, certificates, employment confirmations, and other HR-related documentation.
Coordinate with payroll, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Support daily HR and administrative operations for the Dubai branch.
Assist with office administration and coordination with external service providers.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related activities.
Provide administrative and operational support to other departments as needed.
