Element has an opportunity for a HR Associate to join our HR team in UAE. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a Global TIC business. In this role ,you will initiate HR Operations in supporting the line functions in the region and will be fully dedicated to internal clients, their needs and their duties, helping to develop and implement better people management practices
This position will be based in Barsha Heights , Dubai , UAE
Responsibilities
Deliver HR services /people solutions aligned to business objectives in full compliance with the existing labor laws ,assisting in the implementation of the strategic HR Plans, projects and initiatives , working at an operational level with multiple stakeholders while dealing with complex or sensitive day-to-day people management issues to add value to Element businesses and employees
Support Payroll operations in overtime & leave balance verifications and reconciliations, across multiple business units (The person should have an interest in developing own personal capability to handle payrolls of multiple countries with limited supervision after sufficient training)
Support Recruitment in the areas of contract preparation, mobilisation and onboarding
Be responsible for performance system management ,conflicts management , employee counselling ,traings coordination ,regular updating of organization structure ,HRIS system and HR records management and reports preparation
Support and liase with PR & admin teams and remain updated on changing employment regulations
Skills / Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited university with emphasis in business, human resources or related with 2-3 years of working knowledge and experience managing human resource department in an HR generalist capacity
Previous work experiene on HRMS /Payroll systems , excel reporting and MS Office
Effective communication (oral, written in English), influencing skills and effective time management skills hving ability to manage a challenging workload across a geographically diverse sector
Self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills and able to cofidently deal with senior stakeholders while managing challenging and conflicting priorities
