The HR Assistant Manager supports HR operations, policies, and employee relations while assisting the HR Manager in daily functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
Support performance management and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
4-6 years of HR experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
HR certifications are a plus
