Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, warnings, and memos.
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance data.
Assist in employee relations, grievance handling, and HR communication.
Coordinate training, performance reviews, and HR events.
Ensure HR policies and UAE labor law compliance.
Requirements:
Male candidate (as per job requirement).
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Organized, confidential, and able to work under pressure.
