: We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Assistant to join our team at Lighting Trading Company based in Dubai. As the HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR-related tasks. Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Maintain HR database and personnel files
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
Assist in organizing training and development activities
Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution
Assist in performance management activities such as maintaining performance records and conducting performance appraisals
Assist in the administration of employee benefits
Prepare HR-related reports and documents
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven minimum of 1 year experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
