Job Description

We are hiring an HR Assistant for a Luxurious Company in Dubai working in real estate, development, architect and interior design. European work experience and education within Europe in a MUST Job Title: HR Assistant Department: Human Resources Reports to: Operations Manager : HR Officer must have a clear understanding of your employer's business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies which select, develop and retain the right staff to meet these objectives. HR Officer not only deals with staff welfare and administration-centered activities but also strategy and planning. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
  • Preparation of documents from staff hiring up to leaving
  • Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Undertaking regular salary reviews
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
  • Interpreting and advising on employment law
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
  • Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
  • Planning and sometimes delivering training, including new staff inductions
  • Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
  • Create and maintain employee's records and legal documents
  • Liaise with PRO for residence visa's and labor cards
  • Monitoring employee's leave's

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school education certificate or equivalent.
  • Typing, computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication in both oral and written
  • Willingness to develop further
Preferred Qualifications N/A Knowledge/Skills
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Knowledgeable on UAE Labour Law
  • Knowledge on office correspondence
Experience Required
  • 2 years' experience in a busy office environment
  • Expert in Microsoft Office including word, excel, outlook and power-point
  • Ability to draft Company letters, e-mails and memo's
