As an HR Assistant, you are the contact person in the Human Resources department and are responsible for the recruitment process and administration of human resources and payroll.
Implementation of the recruitment processes
Coordination of the interview process
Support on-boarding process
Creation of interim and final certificates
Manage time and absence management
your profile
Maintenance of the personnel management system and responsibility for payroll processing
Settlement of social security benefits and contacts to offices/organizations
Processing of accident and illness reports
Completed basic commercial training supplemented with further training as a human resources clerk or HR assistant
At least 3 years of professional experience in a human resources department and in payroll accounting
MS Office knowledge, preferably also experience in Microsoft Dynamics
