The role focuses on assisting with employee relations activities, documentation, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives to promote a healthy workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Communication
Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain open communication channels between employees and management to foster trust and transparency.
Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, and feedback sessions.
Help organize employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and wellness activities.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
Prepare and update HR reports related to employee relations, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
Support in policy implementation and ensure employees understand HR procedures and guidelines.
Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Assist in drafting letters, notices, and HR-related communications.
Help maintain grievance and disciplinary logs for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee relations or generalist functions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
