Support the HR department by managing employee relations, organizing training programs, and preparing accurate reports on employee performance and training needs.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and foster a positive and social work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Handle employee issues and assist in resolving workplace conflicts in accordance with UAE labor law.
Support employees and management to ensure a fair and positive work environment.
Ensure company policies and procedures are correctly implemented.
Training & Development:
Assess employee training needs and propose suitable internal and external programs.
Source training centers and organize training sessions.
Track attendance and evaluate training outcomes to improve individual and team performance.
Compliance & Legal Awareness:
Monitor updates to UAE labor law and ensure company policies are aligned.
Provide guidance and basic legal support to management and employees regarding their rights and responsibilities.
Reporting & General HR Support:
Prepare accurate and detailed reports on employee relations, training activities, and team performance.
Support HR management in daily operations and data organization.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations and Training.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law.
Valid driving license.
Social, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
Presentation and facilitation skills for training and workshops.
Ability to produce accurate, reliable reports to support management decisions.
