Job Description
We are an established online business selling Clothing & Accessories online. We operate a couple of website (https://alqamees.com/ and https://muslimlifestylestore.com/ ) and are looking for a male HR and Finance Executive
- Keen to Learn, Passionate about what he does
- Must be excellent in keeping accounts
- Must have knowledge of HR related tasks such as attendance keeping, writing job descriptions, interviewing, etc
- Must be Fluent in English and Urdu in both Speaking & Written
- Can commute to Work Daily
- Prior HR and Finance experience in required
- Knowledge of Quickbooks in bonus
- Keep all accounts balance
- Manage petty cash for daily exp
- Double checking items bought
- Filing and storing receipts
- Keeping invoices of orders in check
- Creating Monthly Reports
- Generating Monthly Salaries
- Attendance Record Keeping
- Keeping Track of Employee VISA
- Writing s
- Hiring and Firing when asked to
- Creating Interview Structure and interviewing Candidates when needed
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- English and Urdu (Required)
