Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN HR AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE!! Job Responsibilities: HR

  • Looking into the feedback on wellbeing of the unskilled labors. Update the feedback box.
  • Provide support with the management of local recruitment matters (including posting job ads, preparing job descriptions, and scheduling interviews)
  • Manage the process of onboarding and off-boarding the employees.
  • Coordinate the training for the newly joined staff on time and arrange the Exit Interviews for the off-boarding staff.
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and other important documents.
  • Keeping a record of staff\'s leave along with reasoning. (Yearly Leave, sick leave, and other types of leave)
  • Organizing and managing travel documents and coordinating management- employees\' travels, visas and any other documentation needed for international travel.
  • Coordinate with management for the timely visa, EID, and Labour contract renewals of employees and maintain the proper and updated database.
  • Regularly review and update the MOHRE instructions and ensure that it is fully compliant with the QW employment law and best practices.
  • Work closely with the management on mapping out the relevant training plans for the employees.
ADMIN
  • Office Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, facilities, and maintenance. Ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails, letters, and phone calls. Managing the company\'s official email account and responding to inquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate departments.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Managing and organizing company documents, files, and records, both in physical and electronic formats. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Travel and Accommodation: Arranging travel itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees, guests, or executives as required. Managing travel-related expenses and reimbursements.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to employees and departments, including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Coordinating with vendors and suppliers, including obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and managing procurement processes. Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and maintaining good relationships with suppliers
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
