The Role
JOB OBJECTIVES The HR & Admin Manager at DQ Operations is a key leadership role responsible for proactively managing and enhancing organizational productivity. This position oversees HR & Admin functions, including talent acquisition, policy development, and employee lifecycle management. With a focus on aligning teams with DQ\'s vision and values, the role contributes to a collaborative and efficient working environment in the dynamic field of digital business platform automation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Spearheaded talent acquisition efforts to ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent. - Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with DQ values and legal requirements. - Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. - HRIS Systems: Manage and optimize HR Information Systems for efficient data management and reporting. - UAE Employment Law: Stay abreast of UAE employment laws and ensure organizational compliance. - Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes to drive employee excellence. - Training & Development: Facilitate continuous learning and development programs for employees. - Compensation & Benefits: Manage the compensation and benefits framework to ensure competitiveness. - Health & Safety: Oversee health and safety initiatives to create a secure working environment. - Facilities, Logistics Management: Manage facilities and logistics, ensuring smooth operations. - Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to optimize services and costs. - Process Automation: Drive process automation initiatives for increased efficiency. - Legal Compliances: Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to HR and administration.

Requirements
ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION - Minimum Qualification: Bachelor\'s level qualification in Human Resources or Business Management (Ideally) - Suitable Certification: People Management or Learning & Development (Nice to have) - Working Experience: 5-10 years in HR and administration roles TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition | Policy Development - Employee Onboarding & Offboarding | Induction - HRIS Systems| UAE Employment Law - Performance Management | Training & Development - Compensation & Benefits | Health & Safety - Facilities, Logistics Management | Vendor Management - Process automation | Legal Compliances
