Implement effective Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing techniques
Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.
Payroll, Attendance, Updating leave status etc.
Knowledgable on Visa processing for new staff and renewal for existing employees
Admin work, vehicle details (Petrol cost), paying bills online if need to travel to govt offices also have to do willingly, Need to keep track of Attendance and drivers trips on daily basis.
Also concerned and have knowledge about the renewal of legal documents like trade license, Ejari, Mulkiyas of vehicles, Insurances etc. Keep a record of office stationery and all admin-related work.
Must support HR, Finance, Sales, and other relevant teams to accomplish their task on daily basis smoothly.
