We are looking for an HR Analyst to join out HR team in Riyadh, Saud Arabia. Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating Oracle (HRMS) interface as well as Workday
Maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements as well as audit requirements
Managing HR processes e.g. starters, leavers etc
Producing standard correspondence e.g. references, transfers, offer letters etc
Liaising with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues
Working closely with the immigration, facilities, payroll and finance departments
Proactively contributing to improvements within the department
Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects
Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leaders

Requirements
Relevant education background in business administration or similar
2-3 years of experience in similar roles
Experience in shared services function desirable but not necessary
Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable
Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with Middle East employment law and practice
Robust IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook – knowledge of Workday and SharePoint also beneficial
Very strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
