We are looking for an HR Analyst to join out HR team in Riyadh, Saud Arabia. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating Oracle (HRMS) interface as well as Workday
• Maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements as well as audit requirements
• Managing HR processes e.g. starters, leavers etc
• Producing standard correspondence e.g. references, transfers, offer letters etc
• Liaising with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues
• Working closely with the immigration, facilities, payroll and finance departments
• Proactively contributing to improvements within the department
• Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects
• Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leaders
• Understands the importance of accuracy and has high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Relevant education background in business administration or similar
• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in shared services function desirable but not necessary
• Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable
• Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Middle East employment law and practice
• Robust IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook – knowledge of Workday and SharePoint also beneficial
• Very strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload
