Due to our rapid growth and launch of new developments, we are looking for a

HR Analyst

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support strategic decision-making; Develop regular reports and dashboards on employee performance, recruitment metrics, turnover, and workforce trends; Support HR forecasting and budgeting by providing insights on headcount planning and cost analysis; Conduct market research and benchmarking on compensation and benefits; Assist in developing data-driven HR policies and optimizing HR processes; Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and management teams to ensure alignment between HR analytics and business goals; Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in all HR systems and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; 2-4 years of experience as an HR Analyst, HR Coordinator with analytical duties, or similar role; Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Excel and HRIS tools; Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data; Strong communication and presentation skills; Familiarity with UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
