The Role

Recruitment & Onboarding for all MEA countries:

o Meet the hiring manager to understand the hiring needs alongside with the HR Manager for all Businesses o Coordinate job postings (smartrecruiters) for all Businesses o Communicate and coordinate with recruitment agencies for all Businesses o Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings for all Businesses o Administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with the hiring team and shortlisted candidates for all Businesses o Coordinate reference and background checks for all Businesses o Put together an employment offer alongside with the respective HR Manager for all Businesses o Prepare contracts and check with the HR Manager for accuracy o Work with relevant immigration consultant for visas for non-nationals for all Businesses o Coordinate the registration in the local pension for locals for all Businesses o Manage the employee onboarding process end-to-end alongside with the respective HR Manager for all Businesses o Keep Track of the ongoing recruitment and follow up with the relevant stakeholders o Work alongside with the HR Managers to continuously improve the onboarding process Offboarding for all MEA countries: o Create separation forms for employees for all Businesses o Terminate employees from HR connect for all Businesses o Ensure Exit checklist is finalized before departure for all Businesses o Coordinate & follow up with Payroll Team on final settlement for all Businesses Payroll Management: o Support the HR Managers for Payroll Management for all countries of MEA Reporting & Data Management: o Medical Insurance renewal (Census, Dependents data collection) o Medical Insurance additions and deletions for new hires, exits and dependents changes o Workman Compensation renewal o Support reporting of HR metrics and Dashboards o Ensuring data integrity in all HR systems o Support Social reporting and payroll & financial audits as required



Requirements

Proven experience of 5-6 years in an HR and Data Analytics or similar role, with a strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle. o Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes until onboarding. o Excellent knowledge of HR administration best practices and local UAE labor laws. o Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail o Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills - you can connect with people at all levels. o A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. o Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
