Job Description

We are looking for a responsible HR and Procurement Officer with 2 or more years of experience in Human Resource field

• Handle the preparation of Terms of References for project personnel, prepares and places vacancy announcements; responds to questions from potential candidates;
• Responsible for following Municipality approvals and administration activates
• Prepare monthly salary and full and final settlement as per UAE labor Law
• Prepares SC contracts; compiles and prepares necessary documents for recruitment;
• Maintains and regularly updates the personnel filing system;
• Organizes the mid-year and annual Results and Competency Assessments of staff;
• Handles, in a timely manner, contracts' extension or termination procedures.
• Finalize Insurance Policy For the Staff (Including office and store employees )
• Coordinate with PRO for onboarding/offboarding employees
• Must be Aware of DMCC Laws and Regulations
• Must be processing all the trade license renewals
• Manage CEO personal administration

• Ensures full compliance of procurement activities with rules, regulations, policies and strategies
• Implementation of the effective internal control; procurement management system
• Sourcing food products and packaging and planning a distribution schedule across the outlet's smooth operations
• Coordinating with existing suppliers to achieve the best cost by maintaining premium quality of the food products and also negotiating food products by explaining supplier about the market conditions and sales targets.

• University degree in Human Resource Department or Administration
• At least 2 years of Experience in UAE Preferred
• Fluency in English
