Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Must have knowledge in UAE Labour Law.
  • Experience in Visa Process.
- English language Responsibilities
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Forming and maintaining employee records.
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick, annual and maternity leave.
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
  • Communicating with external partners.
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken.
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
  • Preparing LPO\'S and Quotations.
  • Having Coordinating skills.
  • Handling Government Portals.
  • Willing to undergo training in Dubai.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
  • Dubai (Required)
