Job Title: HR Administrator (Payroll & Keka Experience)

Industry: Global Gaming Industry About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator with hands-on experience in payroll processing using Keka HRMS. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while working closely with the HR and finance teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage monthly payroll through Keka HRMS.
  • Handle inputs such as attendance, leaves, bonuses, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll data and on-time salary disbursement.
  • Generate and maintain payroll-related reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and Keka support to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proven experience with Keka HRMS (mandatory).
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and digital documentation tools.
