About the Role




We are looking for a

detail-oriented HR Administrator

with

hands-on experience in payroll processing using Keka HRMS

. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while working closely with the HR and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities



Process and manage

monthly payroll

through

Keka HRMS

. Handle inputs such as

attendance, leaves, bonuses, and reimbursements

. Ensure

accuracy in payroll data

and on-time salary disbursement. Generate and maintain

payroll-related reports

. Coordinate with internal teams and

Keka support

to resolve any issues.

Requirements



6 months to 1 year

of experience in

payroll processing

.

Proven experience with Keka HRMS

(mandatory). Bachelor's degree in

HR, Accounting

, or a related field. Strong

attention to detail

and ability to manage

confidential data

. * Basic proficiency in

MS Excel

and

digital documentation tools
