Job Description

Manage and implement the entire hiring process from sourcing, short-listing candidates, organizing and conducting interviews, assessments and tests, negotiating salaries & placement of candidates. Responsible for the hiring process for all new employees i.e. conducting Orientation, Induction, preparing training plan program, completing joining formalities etc Liaising with all Departments in order to identify training needs, preparing training calendar, update training schedule, organize training internally/externally, collect feedback/certificates etc. along with updating and maintaining training records for all employees. Liaising with the insurance agency for issuing or cancellation of insurance card and processing of medical claims. Responsible for ensuring the Performance Evaluation process is completed without delays. Responsible for the smooth functioning of all processes & work instructions (Hiring, Training, Outsourcing, Leave, Exit) and supervising the tasks of the Administrators in order to ensure best work practices are followed. Maintaining employee files as per checklist & IMS Standard. Reporting and assisting Human Resources Manager /Admin Manager to support the overall human resource functions for recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management and compensation and benefits. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Required)
Experience:
  • SIMILAR ROLE: 3 years (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Laws: 3 years (Required)
