Rentokil Boecker\xc2\xae Human Resources Senior Officer is held accountable for the below job responsibilities:
Promote and maintain Rentokil Boecker\xc2\xae Corporate Culture.
Communicate to and advise employees Rentokil Boecker\xc2\xae human resource policies, procedures, standards, in addition to local labor laws, and other government regulations.
Assist in setting the Manpower Planning Strategy.
Perform recruitment activities following Rentokil Boecker\xc2\xae standardized recruitment policy and SOP.
Organize the onboarding of all new joiners and provide Rentokil Boecker\xc2\xae Orientation.
Handle the organizational exit process.
Support and follow up on the implementation of Rentokil Boecker\xc2\xae Performance Management System.
Support internal stakeholders at all levels in the organization on HR matters.
Identify and participate in validating training needs assessment.
Facilitate, provide and evaluate training programs.
Support HR manager in conducting a detailed local salary survey, analyzing data and suggesting improvements.
Collaborate with HODs on handling employee challenges, difficulties, grievances and disciplinary actions when and where necessary.
Coordinate health, life and work accident insurance enrollments and communicate with service providers concerning routine administration of program
Maintain an effective employee record management, electronic archiving system, organization charts and HR reports.
Respond to employee needs, inquiries and complaints.
Ensure attendance policy is respected by everyone and take appropriate action where needed.
Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
Coordinate Team Building and social activities.
Maintain data integrity on all Rentokil Boecker\xc2\xae systems, forms and reports.
