Provide administrative support for the whole HR function, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and General HR/Accommodation.
Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Monitor and follow up on passport and Emirates ID requests, as well as monitor the safekeeping and in and out of employees' passports.
Update the HR Master List with the necessary information as needed at all times.
Provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to all managers and employees.
Assist in organizing new joiner's induction and on-boarding.
File, maintain, monitor and update Employees Personnel Files in accurate manners.
Dispatch documents to the appropriate shops (insurance cards, ATM cards, copies of leave forms, health cards, and other requested documents such as certificates, NOCs, and so on).
Escort resigned/cancelled employees to Banks for check encashment and assist in passport issues.
Arrange required documents of newly-hired and renewal staffs for labor and visa processing and monitor the release of Emirates ID's of new joiners.
Pick up newly hired employees at the airport and ensure their arrival at the company accommodation.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Assist in the employee satisfaction survey conducted in the shops.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Administration or Human Resources
1 to 2 years of experience in Human resources or Administration
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
