- Manage the entire HR part of the company. - Define the projects and the HR policies. - Control and manage the employees working time, recruitment & mobility - Make a business intelligence, legal and social of the UAE laws - Advice and support for operational staff and managers in terms of HR - Manage the recruitment requests, first evaluation interviews - Taking care of the administrative procedures for future employees (work contracts, visa, housing & vehicle) - Manage departure, dismissal, resignation procedures - Management of hotels reservations, transports, professional travels... - Establish tracking and HR reporting tools (dashboards) - Staff administration and HR development - Co-Supervise the payroll administration and the workforce management with the account department - Develop the socials dashboards to follow-up staff's activity (absenteeism, salary & vacations...) - Internal and external communication - Maintain a positive social climate and develop a corporate culture by actively and confidentially listening to employees and helping to develop their motivation - Office and cars maintenance Qualifications and Skills Requirements: Required MBA Administration/HR.(MANDATORY) Higher level training. 1 year of experience required in the UAE Economic, financial and budgetary culture Mastery of standards, techniques, and administrative, legal, and financial regulations in its technical fields Knowledge with MS Office Suite Mastery of the techniques of conducting meeting Mastery of negotiation skills Control of interview and recruitment techniques Knowledge of administrative writing procedures Fluency in written and spoken English Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
