Job Description

Job Introduction We are looking for an HR Administrator for our office in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Team Leader, the successful candidate will work in close coordination with the Operations, Government Relations, Welfare, Payroll & Accounts team and will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the business units to achieve operations objectives and effectively manage the frontline employees in any HR related issues and concerns such as processing leave application, medical insurance, HR letters, exit formalities amongst many others. Main Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
  • Provide HR support to all the business units in UAE business.
  • Correction of HR Master Data in ERP.
  • Process leave applications of frontline employees in ERP and provide details to payroll for the payment of leave salaries and ticket allowances.
  • Update HR Action Forms and provide details to payroll for the payments.
  • Entering/ updating/maintaining of HR data in the ERP system.
  • Provide support to frontline employees with various HR letter requests as such salary certificates, NOCs, Salary transfer letters, Employment & Service letters, etc.
  • Processing the visa cancellation & EOSB payment for the leavers in a timely manner to avoid labour issues.
  • Arranging air tickets for new joiners, repatriation and business travels.
  • Audit & scanning of valid documents on Google drive to ensure no delays in visa & PSBD and SIRA renewals.
  • Scanning of existing employee\xe2\x80\x99s personal files.
  • Maintaining & archiving ex \xe2\x80\x93 employees personal files as per company retention policy.
  • Perform any other HRSS related activity as and when required.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Diploma / Bachelor in any field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources, preferably from a large MNC organization within the region.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite Applications.
  • Strong operational knowledge of human resources practices;
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; a secondary language would be an advantage
  • Ability to maintain and demonstrate strong ethical and professional values.
