Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and knowledgeable HR & Admin Officer to manage day-to-day human resources and administrative functions across our growing business segments. Key Responsibilities: xc3x98 Technical & Functional Competencies:
Sound knowledge and application of UAE Labor Law and related government regulations (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.)
Strong familiarity with HR policies, employment contracts, leave and attendance management, and end-of-service calculations
Experience in HR software and document management systems
Capable of coordinating PRO activities, visa renewals, and Emirates ID processing
Ability to manage administrative functions such as office supplies, asset tracking, and general coordination tasks
xc3x98 Skills: xc2xb7 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage records and meet deadlines xc2xb7 Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards in HR practices xc2xb7 Track record of ensuring full legal compliance and audit readiness for employee-related documentation xc2xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus xc2xb7 Ability to effectively manage employee queries and grievances with professionalism xc2xb7 Skilled in drafting official letters, memos, and internal HR communication
