Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, maintenance, and overall administrative functions.
Support HR operations including record-keeping, onboarding, and leave management.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Maintain employee files and assist in HR documentation.
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
Oversee office cleanliness, security, and vendor management.
Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, and company events.
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
