Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



- Assess training needs by evaluating employee performance and business requirements.

- Manage CEO's calendar & schedule meetings.

-Draft emails, Performance updates, reports, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

- Take meeting minutes and follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO

- Handle recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

- Support internal communication and organize office meetings/events.

- Design and deliver training sessions for onboarding, soft skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, or system usage.

- Assess training needs by evaluating employee performance and business requirements.

- Conduct regular refresher sessions and skill development programs.

- Work closely with department heads to align training with company standards and performance goals.

-Mentor and support staff during their learning phase.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Education:

Master's (Required)
Language:

English and Malayalam (Required)
Expected Start Date: 19/05/2025
